Hemmingen, December 1, 2022 - Almost 35 years ago, businesswoman Jutta Eisenmann and master car mechanic Rolf Eisenmann founded the company known for many years primarily as Eisenmann Exhaust Systems. Now the two founders withdraw to 31 December 2022 completely from the company named at the beginning of the year in S&R Eisenmann GmbH.
Together, they have held 51 percent of the company's shares to date - at the end of the year, Marcel Brinkwirth, a Munich-based business lawyer sought for this option, will take over both the shares and the management of the traditional Hemmingen-based company.
"I am very happy to take over a company with great products and future-oriented projects and to be able to actively contribute as managing director from now on," says Brinkwirth, who is looking forward to working with the Eisenmann team and is confident about the future: "I am sure that together we will take the successful company another step forward."
For the employees and customers of the company, which is known primarily for sports exhaust systems but also for other metalworking and building services, nothing will change under the new management.
